Is the age of the super-dam drawing to a close? Roger Harrabin reports from India on two of the world's most controversial dam building projects. One dam, in Tehri, is being built on a possible earthquake fault. The other, on the River Narmada, is displacing a quarter of a million tribal people in order to irrigate drought-stricken farmland.
